ABOUT
On 3rd of April 1960 this Civil Hospital,Lko was inaugrated by the their Hon'ble Health Minister Thakur Hukum Singh Bisen and this hospital was functional as Civil Hospital Emergency.Two years later during Indo-China war 1962 the injured soldiers were admitted here in the emergency of this hospital,during this period indoor of the civil hospital was started at Soochna Vibhag near zoo and later on become the Civil Hospital(Shyama Prashad Mukherji Hospital).
In the year 1996 the emergency wing of the Civil Hospital Hazratganj Lko was converted into independent Mahila Hospital Hazratganj lko,under control of DG Medical Health,which was further named Veerangana Jhalkaribai Mahila Hospital Hazratganj Lko in the year 1997 by Hon'ble Health Minister Shri Ramapati Shashtri.
Foundation Stone was laid on 18th January ,1996.
The hospital commenced its full-fledged services in the year 2000.
We have 90 Beds, 70 Obstetrics & Gynaecology(Including 3 Private wards),8 HDU Beds,12 SNCU Beds.
Bed occupancy around100%- 110%.
